Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. The plants are known for their good shelf life and freshness. However, it sometimes happens that a plant is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim.
If you discover a damaged plant, please report it immediately upon receipt. Send an email to webshop@karmaselections.com with a photo attached of the damaged plant. If you contact us in time, we will provide a replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing webshop@karmaplants.com.
