We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days before 3 p.m. within 3 days. However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is by a parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM after the package has been presented to PostNL. This is for the Netherlands. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
